Bosnian History



  • 2kg or 4 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 table spoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 2/3 cup of warm water
  • Two tablespoons olive oil

Mix together all of the above ingredients and keep it in the refrigerator for 24 hours. After that make the small sausage and grill them. Serve them with onion while they are still hot.
Enjoy freshly cevapi.
