Ingredients:
  • 2 Tbs oil
  • 2 sliced onions
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1 Tbs tomato paste
  • 2 crushed cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbs chopped parsley
  • 1 kg or 1 1/2 pound beef
  • 1 tomato
Now the first thing you must do is to cut the meat into bite sized pieces and then broil onions and oil together Add the beef and cook for 5 minutes on full turning frequently to brown all sides. Add a cup of water, garlic, chopped parsley, paprika, tomato paste, and then cover the Beef Goulash and broil on full for 60 minutes until the beef is tender. Leave the Beef Goulash to stand for 5 minutes. The Beef Goulash goes well with noodles or rice or even mash potatoes.
