Ingredients:
  • 1kg kadaifa or 2 bags of the kadaif
  • 1pound nuts
  • 1pound sugar
  • 10 cup water
  • 1/2 lemon

Directions:
Put 1/2 kadaif in the backing sheet and add 1/2 nuts on the top of kadaif. Add another 1/2 kadaif on it and bake it on the 380 degrees for 45 minutes.
Boil the water, sugar, and lemon until it become thick. Pour the hot juice on the kadaif. Keep it in the refrigerator.
Enjoy the freshly made kadaif.
