Bosnian History



  • 750gr or 1 pound ground beef
  • 100gr or 1/2 pound flour
  • 5 eggs
  • olive oil
  • 50gr or 4 table spoons butter
  • Vegeta (spice)
  • Black pepper
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Copped parsley
  • 500gr or 2 cups buttermilk
Put in the bowl flour, one egg, vegeta, paprika, black pepper, onion, garlic, and parsley. Mix together all of these ingredients, and make balls. Broil them in the oil. When the balls are almost done, mix in separate bowl four eggs, butter milk, butter, and pour it on the balls. Bake them in the oven for ten more minutes. Serve balls while they are still hot with rice, vegetables, potatoes, and other kinds of food.
