Bosnian History



  • 1/2 ground beef
  • 1 pound potato
  • 1onion
  • salt
  • vegeta (spice)
  • paprika
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 4 eggs
  • oil

First Step of Filling:
Broil onion in the oil for 5 minutes, add the ground beef, salt, vegeta, paprika, and chopped parsley. Add one spoon of water and continue to broil for another 25 minutes.
Second step:
Clean up the potatoes and cut them into the tiny slices. Add salt, vegeta, and little bit oil, and mix it. Divide the mixture into two parts. Stir the first part into the pan, add the above filling, and the rest of the potatoes on it. Bake it in the oven for 35 minutes.

Third step:
Mix eggs with milk, stir it into the hot moussaka, and bake it for three more minutes.
