Ingredients:
1/2kg or 1 pound okra
1/2 pound beef
Two heads of onion
One head of garlic
Two tomato
Chopped parsley
Salt
Black pepper
Vegeta
Pour oil in bottom of pan.
Add the remaining ingredients
Cover pot and cook for 1 1/2 hours on low stirring often.
Remove the cover the last 10 minutes.
