Stuffed Cabbage

  • 1 medium head of cabbage
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup of rice
  • garlic
  • chopped parsley
  • Vegeta (spice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 onion
  • Two spoon water
The first thing you have to do is to wash the cabbage and boil it for 5 minutes. Remove cabbage from the hot water, cut the soft leaves, and return the rest of the cabbage to the boiling water and continue to boil it. Do this process until you remove all the leaves. Mix all above ingredients. Then take a peace of met and roll up in the leaf of cabbage. Repeat this process until all mixture is done.
Enjoy the freshly stuffed cabbage.
