Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:
  • One pound of small size peppers
  • One pound ground beef
  • Half cup of rice
  • One head of onion
  • One carrot
  • One head of garlic
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Vegeta (spice)
  • Chopped parsley

 

First, take out the seeds stuffing and washed the peppers. Second, mixed all above ingredients and stuff the peppers. Add the water and boil it for an hour. Then on the end of the boiling process broil the oil, tomato sauce, and one tea spoon of flour, and put into boiled peppers. Finally, boil the peppers for ten more minutes.
